2011 Sundance Cup - Day One
After two days of clinic taught by Liz Baylis at the Fort Worth Boat Club, the competitors were set to begin racing in the Sundance Cup. The event is being sailed in the Boat Club’s fleet of identical J/22s and will continue through Saturday. The two clinic days saw breeze in the 10-20 knot range, but the first day of racing saw winds more in the 1-6 knot range. Despite that the race committee managed to complete six of the seven matches in the first round robin.

Maegan Ruhlman (USA) : 4 wins - 1 loss
Kaity Storck (USA) : 4 wins - 2 losses
Amanda Callahan (USA) : 2 wins - 3 losses
Nicole Buechler (USA) : 2 wins - 3 losses
Jinnie Gordon (CAN) : 1 win - 4 losses
Trish Bazan (USA) : 0 wins - 5 losses

Two round robins are scheduled,followed by Semi-Finals, Petit-Finals, and Finals.
